Subhaditya Nath baa66bcf34 Allow command modifiers for on-demand-loading commands (#1110) 
Before this commit, commands like this -
	:tab Git diff HEAD^ HEAD
were interpreted like this -
	:Git diff HEAD^ HEAD
This commit fixes that issue.
